How does your company deal with international talent?
Highly educated non-native speakers: a blessing for your company. On the 15th of June, POM Limburg invites entrepreneurs and HR-managers to an inspiration session about the advantages of matching companies with international talent. A mix of experienced speakers and interesting testimonials, both from entrepreneurs and from highly educated non-native speakers, will be present.
Finding the right employees for vacancies is a challenge that every company faces. At the same time, there are many foreign knowledge workers who would like to work, but find it difficult to enter the labor market. By positioning Limburg as an innovative region, we will be able to attract more international talent.
Bringing foreign knowledge workers into the company implies numerous new opportunities. Highly educated non-native speakers bring with them unique experiences and new perspectives. Moreover, they are flexible and motivated. So that’s a win-win.
15th of June: 10.00 – 11.30 a.m.
