If you can’t join during the whole event, or if you don’t like cooking, you are still very welcome to join.

Friday’s challenge consists of using a regular kitchen towel in an original way. Show us your fashion designer skills and be original. The vote of the majority will determine the winner!

Regarding the menu: To make it easier to follow the two international top chefs, we will give you all a headstart in the kitchen by letting you know what you can prepare.  Maria will be showing us how to cook the Asian main course – can you guess from the ingredients below what the dish will be?

What to buy for the main course

250g flat dried rice stick noodles 1 fresh red chili, chopped (optional) 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 Chinese leek, sliced (spring onions) 2 tablespoons oil 2 eggs 8 fresh large prawns (peeled, deveined and tails intact) 100g fried tofu, Julienned 1 shallot, chopped 90g bean sprouts 20g chopped roasted peanuts 3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves 2 limes 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 tablespoon crushed dried chili 1 tablespoon tamarind purée 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons fish sauce

What you can prepare ahead of time

Mix in a small bowl: 1 tablespoon tamarind purée 1 tablespoon water 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons fish sauce 2 tablespoons lime juice

Finely chop: 1 shallot 2 cloves of garlic 1 fresh chili 20 g roasted peanuts

Cut: Cut 1 lime into wedges Cut coriander leaves (approx. 3 tablespoons)

What do you need?

A bowl to soak the noodles in A drain A wok

Vegans: leave out fish sauce, eggs and prawns and you are good to go. You may want to substitute the prawns by a handful of cherry tomatoes.

Besides the main course, we will be cooking a dessert as well. This time it will be Christoph who will show us how to go about that. Here below you can find the ingredients.

What to buy for the dessert

350 g self raising flour (or flour & baking powder) 1 teaspoon British mixed spice (or gingerbread/ speculaas spice) 75g raisins sultanas and dried currents - to your liking – 40 g candied cherries, chopped - to your liking – 20 g candied peel , chopped - to your liking – 40 g unsalted butter 225 ml milk 3 eggs 125 g white sugar Pinch of salt  Orange & grand manier glaze 50 g butter 1 orange 1 lemon 50 g sugar 5 cl grand marnier or other orange liqueur 10 cl orange juice Optional: Vanilla Ice-cream or Chantilly

What you can prepare ahead of time

Mix in a bowl: Flour pinch salt spices dried fruits
